Why we make the wine ourselves
There's a moment every autumn, somewhere between the picking and the pressing, when I remember why we bother - the work goes quiet, the hands take over, and a year of decisions about taste comes due all at once with no client to please but the wine itself.
This is a placeholder post, here so the journal folder isn't empty and so the Decap CMS has a real entry to read. Replace it with the first proper piece when you're ready - the structure, the front-matter and the categories are all set up and waiting.
